The first time I heard this album the top of my head just slid right off. There it was on the floor just sitting there and my brain was like, "Is that supposed to happen?" and no one could say for sure, but that's what happened and the part in my hair ever since just hasn't been right. That's because these riffs just crawled inside and nested and refuse to leave, feeding on anything, and I've been doing physical therapy ever since to learn how to appear like a functional human being again.

Tbh I typically stay away from "tech death" bands. Seems like majority of bands now lack the melody and groove that used to be present when this shit was really gaining light. These guys are tight and technical but very groovy. It's like if Decapitated, Faceless and Soreption had a baby. Great work guys!!!

def my aoty from 2023. Extreme, almost proggy metal with some of the most topical lyricism in this post 2020 world. Beautiful, modulated vocals help paint a very bleak world, with the sing song nature of the choruses in a lot of the tracks making them undenyingly fun sing-a-longs. But those guitars , bass, DRUMS...all mixed to BRUTAL perfection. An instant classic, and better than like 80% of all previous metal ever recorded, even CD's previous efforts.
